I love the Infared Sauna and use it everyday! However it took longer than expected to ship and the shippers left it in the driveway where it could have easily been stolen or run over.

I'm very happy with my Solo sauna. I did not care for the sales process. You have to submit your phone number and email address to even access the pricing on their website. Then you are subjected to a barrage of high pressure sales calls/emails; I would not respond to any of them and this went on for a looooong time. This turned me off so much that I went to competitors' websites but discovered they follow the same abusive sales model. I finally called Sunlighten and told them I just want to buy a Solo sauna and I don't want to listen to any sales spiel. Then it took TWO MONTHS to get the thing.

Love the product! No delivery or set up issues. My husband and I are both using 5-7 times a week. His BP has improved! We both are sleeping better! Thanks!

No real follow up. The door to mine doesn't close completely because the hinges are installed in a slightly incorrect position. Also there are little key-like, metal things that came with my sauna, but there was no explanation, and I don't know what they are. Also, I wish that the pain cycle included the bottom emitter. If your feet need the infrared, you have to put them up above the bench to get the therapy.

I like my mPulse overall from a sauna perspective. It is working well so far after ~6 weeks, however there could be some improvements to the sound system - staticky speakers sometimes and the functionality of the receiver could be better. The off/on button is very sensitive...you have to know to press it quickly to turn it on because if you hold for more than 1/2 a second it doesn't do anything. Also didn't love the hard sell approach. It didn't seem necessary with such a well reputed brand.
