I’ve yet to receive my sauna but the customer service was absolutely fantastic. Victoria did an amazing job from answering many questions and assistance to finance our sauna. We ended up ordering the MPulse Discover with all the bells and whistles. I can’t wait to get it. After living in Europe for years I grew to love using saunas. I wish it were as big of a thing in the U.S. it makes a significant impact on your health. I’d definitely recommend this line of saunas after using the same one at my homeopathic doctors office. Takes longer to warm up than my ten year old + solo unit. Does not get as hot as the older solo unit until the upper ranges. While the lower pad is more cushioned it is not as broad as the old solo lower. The uppers do not seal and there are cold spots along the sides and condensation forms on the lower pads that are now sweat stained. It somehow gets under the cover or towels. The charcoal bamboo coverings are a noticeable improvement. I continue to use my older solo as much as the newer. I also was told a curtain did not come with the new solo model so I was conned into buying an extra package of a curtain and two covers.

I love my Sunlighten Sauna! I have an older version and had to update my control panel and other "parts". The process took longer than expected because I needed my handyman to assist me... Long story short the support was awesome. Especially Said, he knew how to trouble shoot and walked us thru the process. Happy to say I will be sitting in my Sauna today!

Purchase my sauna, used it one time, and then started to receive the E4 error message after the FIRST USE. I followed the instructions and checked all of the connections as instructed. Call the 1-800 service support line and was informed that I needed to make the service call from inside of the sauna (not from my office - since this was during the middle of the day). I take off early to call from the sauna to be told to take off the panel that was giving the error message and take a picture of it so that they could determine if the connections were correct. After uploading the pictures, I received the message that the connections were correct and a new sensor would be sent. Apparently, there is no rush or next day delivery since the sale was made and I have been billed for a partially functioning unit. I don't know if the plan is to have the warranty expire before receiving the part to see if it fixes the problem. I am waiting for the part as I write and it has been a few weeks since I submitted the claim. Although I did thorough research and the product is beautiful on paper, I may have needed to go with Therasage or something else. I will not recommend this product nor am I interested in having it in my clinic. Respectfully, Unhappy customer

I was tentative to make such a big financial investment in my health, but I’m so glad I did. The Sunlighten solo sauna has been transformative. My whole experience, from the customer service to product satifisfaction has been excellent.
