We bought a two person Sauna, about 5 years ago, and it has more than lived up to the claims for our health. We bought it for my heavy metal detox, and have taken hair testing the prove it brought down my lead and heavy metal counts. We have had less of any kind of illness especially colds and flu's and are happy for that! The company has always been helpful. if I had a question or problem. I just spoke recently with Malachi from Sunlightened, with some questions and he was very helpful. We are super glad we have it to detox with during these times with COVID 19, (According to WHO, temperatures of 140°F to 150°F are enough to kill most viruses, and boiling water makes it safe from pathogens like bacteria, viruses, and protozoa.) We can get our sauna into the 140 range. Its at least mentally comforting, until and when science testing proves out what it in actuality takes to kill that particular virus.

Our SECOND Sunlighten Sauna is such a treat for our Asheville NC home! My husband and I splurged on an Impulse. It is awesome. The chromatography lights are truly beautiful and have amazing health benefits. It is in deed state of the art and I love the choice of programs to run- and have used them all. Plus, there is financing available which is very helpful. Our FIRST Sunlighten Sauna, a Signature1 model, purchased 10 YEARS AGO, it has NEVER missed a beat- and I've moved it 4 times. My carpenter damaged it moving it last week ( it used to live in our greenhouse, now is proud to be in the new bathroom addition!) and broke the heat sensor. Customer Service rep, Noah Bolesta WAS incredibly helpful. I send photos of the error notice and he walked me thru what to do. Awesome...my part comes in 2 days. I could not be happier. I ordered a Signature I, and assembled it according to the enclosed instructions. As soon as it was connected to power I knew something was wrong. All the lights were flashing and one of the relays was chattering. None of the controls had any effect on it either. I am waiting to see what Sunlighten will do to make this right. *UPDATE* Sunlighten reached out to me shortly after my email into customer support. In my opinion they did an excellent job in helping me resolve my issue. They were very responsive, which is something I was worried about. I am completely satisfied. Turns out the issue was caused during assembly. Be carful and don't pull to hard on the wires. My only complaint is that I wish it were hotter.

I’ve had my Signature I sauna for 2 years so far with no problems. We recently moved and when I put it back together and plugged it in the lights started flashing. I se at a message to Sunlighten and had a response from Andrew in minutes with a photo of the top of my model. That was it, quick and easy fix with great response from the company.
