Had a great experience!! Love our sauna so much!!!!

I want to thank Malachi for the awesome customer service I have ever experienced by any company !! I bought the mpulse double sauna in 2013 and he went out of his way to try to help me get my sauna panel to work without spending any money. But, it was not responding and I had to buy a new panel. He was very understanding, polite and really went out of his way to make sure I was happy! Thank you, Malachi for making this experience very pleasant. Patty

My experience is the same as a lot of other reviewers. The customer service is great until you pay for the sauna. After a year of phone calls, emails (one to the owner -with no response) and 3 control panels, the sauna heats up after 1.5 hours to 120-125 degrees. The door to the stereo didn't close properly, two of the panels were split when arrived. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!

Cody was fantastic in providing me with much needed information as well as helping ease some concerns about putting together our new eMPOWER unit.

A customer service rep named Stone was outstanding at getting a small programming function attended to promptly. I've never been disappointed when dealing with Sunlighten Spas....if they can't do it, it can't be done. The Spa itself is addicting....in a healthy way. My body craves the feeling afterwards. Truly one of the most relaxed I think I've ever felt

Noah at Sunlighten has the absolute best customer service skills!! He was so helpful when I wasn't sure how to set up the scheduling. He walked me through it and was very patient, and he was so easy to follow!! We LOVE our Sunlighten sauna, and would recommend it to anyone!!! And they have A+ Customer Service!!!!!

Our experience with Sunlighten and our sales rep Lauren S. was nothing short of a 9th inning, bases loaded, grand slam!! We even waited so long to write up our review because we kept thinking this was all too good to be true! Lauren, over a holiday, was suuuuuper responsive and attentive to all of our questions when trying to decide which sauna model to go with, making the buying process shockingly pleasant, for such an investment. She talked us through all the promotions and pros of each option and at the end truly helped us get the most bang for our buck. The sauna itself is just as amazing- we’re so happy we went with Sunlighten after researching the competitors. All the things that were important to us (nnEMF safety, no off-gassing of materials, modern aesthetics) are all priorities to Sunlighten, too! We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and the experience was made top-notch because of Lauren S. We are excited for years and years of family sauna time in our Sunlighten Signature IV!

Stone was awesome. Very helpful. Pleasure to work with. Love the product so far. If you’re thinking of owning one, give him a call.
