Sunlighten has awesome customer service! Our sauna was having difficulty heating up. Stone helped us trouble shoot by phone and email. He was polite, courteous, detailed in his descriptions, knowledgeable and very patient. He resolved our issue by ordering a new heat panel. We received the heat panel in a week and replaced it ourselves. We are happy to be using our sauna again. We highly recommend Sunlighten!

Lindsey Hayes in technical support diagnosed my problem and told me how to correct it in a very short time. The problem was the power switch was set on 115 instead 230.

Beware!! I purchased a signature II sauna just over 3 years ago. I explained to the company that it would be an outdoor sauna and asked if it would be o.k. to store outdoors. They assured me that if I purchased a cover it would stay in good shape. Two months ago, I had to throw the sauna away due to the sauna being filled with mold! I tried reaching out to the company but the customer care Manager would not return my phone calls. This is a Horrible company, Don't waste your money! M.T.

I recently set up my solo sauna and the led remote wasn’t working. Called customer care and Noah walked me through a very simple fix. He knew exactly what the issue was and helped me correct it in under a minute. Outstanding Noah!

I have enjoyed my Sunlighten Sauna since the date we purchased it. We wanted for a long time and this Sauna has not disappointed. The customer service over the phone has been great and would recommend this product to everyone, if you are looking for an in-home Sauna.
