We have been using the sauna for past 6 years and absolutely love it . The sales staff Andrea was very helpful. Not quite impressed with The customer service line . Had to wait for approx 10 mins and no one answered. But was able to get hold of the sales staff . All in all a good product !

This company has the best customer service from the sales department to the problem solving team. My heat wasn’t working in my solo pad on the bottom 2 sections. Liam S. started my problem solving and Ali Reyna hopefully finished the problem. They both were very helpful in resolving my problem. They were very kind and compassionate about my problem. Referred to this company by an acquaintance. My wife and I called after researching a variety of companies. We had some working knowledge of infrared saunas and planned to invest at some point. The sales person was incredibly knowledgeable on their product, infrared technology in general and the benefits of using this product. There was absolutely no pressure, just constructive answers of our questions and concerns. I have been in sales for over 30 years and was impressed by our sales rep and company approach. We made the decision to invest and are looking forward to delivery.

I had a very positive interaction with Mustafaa Ansare. He was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. We were able to walk through my issue and figure out a solution in a timely manner.
