I was having an issue with my Media Player (stereo) being stuck in one position. It would not turn off or change to any stations, etc. Andrew was very instructional on what I needed to do. The problem was rectified very quickly & the stereo started working correctly. I feel even if we didn’t find the solution as quickly as we did, that Andrew would have continued to be very patient & courteous until we did get problem solved.

I have owned by 2 person MPluse for a few years now and can't emphasize how happy I am with my sauna use. All functional MD's I see emphasize sauna use for promoting better health and quite a few recommend Sunlighten. You won't be disappointed.

I’ve had my mPulse Aspire for about three weeks now. This was a major purchase for me that stretched my budget. WORTH EVERY PENNY! The quality of this product far surpasses the saunas I was using at a local spa. The three in one technology WORKS. The best part of my experience was working with Omar. In an industry know for its pushy sales people and gimmicky tactics, Omar proved to be a valuable resource who believes in his product. No gimmicks needed. Just a helpful and knowledgeable rep on the ready but never pushy. Applause for Omar and the Sunlighten product!!!

We just purchased the two person mpulse sauna, the entire experience was easy and convenient. Furthermore the install went extremely smooth. Highly recommend.

I have had this unit for probably 4 yrs now. Pros: I don't perspire (genetics) so I like I get the toxins out; I have the 2 seater and is perfect size for one, might be tight for 2. Cons: Never heats up to 150 and to get to 125 takes 2 hrs, I can live with that. What is MOST disappointing is the stereo. It gets too hot and CDs start to skip and then shut down completely, after just 20 mins. So I takes it out and switch to another CD that is at rm temp. This is unacceptable to me. Maybe most play their iPhones but I like my CDs. There should be so e type of cooling unit or something surrounding the unit so it stays cool like a fan. This bothers me so much, I am not sure if I would buy this if I could do it again as there must be other units that nave a CD player that can handle the heat.

We are so happy with our Sunlighten sauna and pleased we made this important investment in our good health! From the first call I made to learn more about their products to the assembly and follow up on sauna accessories, the team at Sunlighten never disappointed. Kim in sales was spot on with the product she recommended for us...(the Signature 2) and Kelsey in logistics gave me 100% plus of her attention to be sure our sauna and all the extras made it to us safe and sound. Kelsey’s communication about the shipping and logistics was clear and precise so we knew when to expect each delivery. I would highly recommend you purchase a Sunlighten sauna...you will not be disappointed.

It started for me when I got a defective sauna shipped to me. The rear panel would not heat up. They agreed to pick up the sauna and ship out a new one and when the new one was delivered the front panel was damaged and not usable. They abandon the damage sauna at my house for over six months and never shipped out the replacement part even though they told me on multiple occasions that they would. I finally got sick of everything and ask for them to just pick up the sauna and they agreed to do that and give me a refund. It is now been several months and they have not refunded my purchase to the card. I’ve talked to several people and they all tell me that they will take care of it and nobody ever does. I don’t care how good their sauna is rated, I would not trust this company at all.
