I purchased an Mpulse Sauna from Sunlighten in February. My sales person was Deanna Smith. She was amazing. Helpful, knowledgeable and not hard sales, which is what I prefer. So I ordered. But my interaction with Deana didn’t stop there. She gave me her number so I could text her with questions. It is April and Deanna is still helping me with any questions I have, although I am sure this is beyond her job. She is the kind of person I would like to meet as I am sure she really cares about people. Thank you Deanna. You would be, and are, an asset to any business.

Very thorough for Rene the Rep. Consultant was very knowledgeable about the products (mPulse and Solocarbon) being a user of the products herself so that proved be invaluable and very helpful in my decision-making. I am looking to have this products long-term and appreciate her experience of other clients having used the Solocarbon product since 1998 was huge takeaway for me! I am excited for I have been researching Sunlighten Saunas for years and hope for a successful outcome to get both products for extra savings at this time.

Erik was Very Helpful, we lost the email for our serial # to do an update, and late one evening I called him, he was not home at the time. Later that evening he got on his computer and sent me the serial # and went over the items that was on the update, and said if we needed more help to give him a call.

We decided to purchase a infrared a couple of months ago. After some research it came down to 3 different saunas. I reached out to all three companies and Victoria was the only one who offered to set up a phone call to answer all our questions.
