Awesome sales and support! I ordered my Sauna a while back and finally got to set it up recently. From the sales support at the beginning through now, Micha Urbanek has been superb in making sure I was aware of my options and received everything needed. I called her for some setup help and was connected to Brendan Warren from customer support, and he also was extremely helpful, patient, and quickly got my system current - functioning as expected. These are world-class customer facing people and dealing with them and Sun Lighten is a fresh and valued experince for me (especially when compared to the services offered by many other companies these days). I spoke to Victoria for over an hour on a Sunday! It was like talking to a trusted friend… she was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and had great follow up after our phone call.

The customer service has been awesome for this company, hence the 3 stars. The sauna comes highly rated from family members who have purchased one, so I can be assured of the product’s quality. However, be aware of extremely long delivery times. I have been waiting 4 months, now, with no known shipping date. Customer service has been communicative and apologetic; I completely understand that it’s out of their hands. We ordered it for chronic medical conditions and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to it regularly.
