I haven’t received delivery of the sauna yet to actually review the product but am confident it will meet my expectations. I was very pleased with the sales follow up as I felt my satisfaction and advising me into the right sauna was the major objective of the representative. Once a decision was made ironing out the details (shipping, duty [shipped to Canada], taxes) was all very well organized and detailed out. If all goes as it was outlined (confident it will) Sunlighten will have been a pleasure to have done business with!

Hello all I recently purchased my sauna and assembled it within 2 to 3 hours without any problems. The instructions were easy to read and follow without incident. I did have a question regarding some items and text my sales contact Bri after hours thinking she would contact me tomorrow with the answers. Nope she text me back in less than 10 minutes with the answers. Awesome customer service. I am enjoying my sauna and remember Bri at Sunlighten.
