Never bought their product, but they sold me email to a data broker.

Our Co-founder and Chief Veterinary Officer Dr. Tory Waxman started Sundays as a solution to her own everyday problem: She couldn't find a dog food that was as nutritious and fresh as home-cooked meals and as convenient as dry food. And that’s how Sundays, the first fresh, air-dried food of its kind, was born. Our mission is to make it easier to be an awesome dog parent. We take the headache out of fresh food, making a nutritious and affordable solution that does require a fridge or freezer like leading raw and frozen brands. Sundays has the cleanest ingredients around; is 100% human grade; and has a Customer Care Pack who love dogs as much as you do, and are available every day for you and your pup!

We had tried all of the 'fresh' dog food and my toy poodle would NOT eat any of it.....until I saw an ad for Sundays, and that is nearly the end of the story. He will ONLY eat the chicken from Sundays!! I do give him a few bits of cooked chicken breast, but that is it. And, when I refill a smaller bag of Sundays from the BIG Sundays bag, he thinks he can have some for a treat. Customer Service has been a 'friend' of ours when we must change our schedule, so happiness there, too. THANKS to you all !!!

My dog is always so excited to eat her food now that we switched to Sundays. She has been on it for a year and a half, and has so much energy, and her coat is silky and shiny. While there have been a couple supply issues, Customer Service has always been very responsive and helpful in getting them sorted out and ensuring my dog isn’t without her favorite food. Highly recommend trying Sundays for your dog

Yes, Sundays for Dogs had supply problems. But, they were quick and open about the issue and did their best to make it right. They gave priority to existing customers before new ones. I know this because my membership took some time. Customer Service has been wonderful for me. My questions/concerns were answered quickly and by super friendly representatives. Access to support was available every time I needed it for even the most basic questions. Now to the food itself. My dog is the most fussy dog imaginable. He didn't enjoy anything and ate only enough not to starve. This went on for months, as long as we had rescued him. We tried every type of food from wet to dry, from cheap to the most expensive. Nothing worked. I learned about Sundays by reading reviews from another company by an unhappy user. They made a comparison which made me research Sundays. I ordered some samples and was surprised and over the moon happy that my dog ate it and licked the bowl. I have been ordering for about 6 months now and have never had a problem with delays or deliveries. I will continue to order from Sundays and made sure I have enough supply ordered in case their is a delay. Thank you KarenMarie

I saw the ad on YouTube and had been looking for a better food for my Shih Tzu. This food has made such a great change in my girl. There have been delays in shipments due to this being a wonderful product that is in demand. I have always been updated by customer service and they go above and beyond to make it right. Now I just be sure to order early to allow enough time to get it. Great company that really cares! Thanks Sunday's.

I am another one who ended up with a super picky dog. She has no food drive and i really think she could care less if she eats at all. I have wasted so much money on different dog food. The first time i gave sundays to her, she got quite sick. I think it was from trying to change her from her big box kibble to Sundays. I think i rushed it and the Sundays is so much of a better food, that it upset her stomach terrible. The second time i tried i went much slower, mixing it with her kibble as Sundays recommended. No problem and she love her food which she thinks it treats. Still is not food driven but at least she is eating and I do not worry about her being hungry. Great food just follow the mixing percentage as on Sundays website when changing over. Amber and I are thrilled i have found it.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Sunday's for Dogs. On July 31st, I received a confirmation email that I had successfully skipped my upcoming order and wouldn't receive it until September. However, on August 6th, I was shocked to find out that my credit card had been charged $199, and my order had shipped. Despite my repeated attempts to reach customer service, I was only offered a measly 20% off my next three orders as a remedy. After escalating the issue to the BBB, I finally received a response from customer service offering me a store credit, which I reluctantly accepted, along with canceling all subscriptions. I have email confirmations of these cancellations. But the nightmare didn’t end there. On August 12th, I received an email stating that yet another order was on its way. They claimed it was a backordered item from June, but I had already received two orders since then with no communication about any backorders. Who charges a customer months before shipping an item, especially without any prior notice? To top it off, customer service is now only offering me a full refund to my credit card if I go out of my way to find an animal shelter and provide proof of donation. At no point during my cancellation was I informed of any ‘backordered’ shipment. This company is a complete scam. They make it impossible to remove your credit card from your account, and their customer service is atrocious. I’ve been charged $400 for unauthorized orders in just 6 days, despite multiple email confirmations of cancellations. And now, I’m being forced to jump through hoops just to get my money back. I strongly advise against ordering from Sunday's for Dogs. There are plenty of other 'clean' brands out there with better ingredients and far superior customer service. I plan to switch to Yumwoof. DO NOT order from this company!

My dog loves the food, his stool continues to be a bit too loose but supplementing with pumpkin helps. My frustration is with inventory and shipping, it’s a nightmare! How are they continuing to advertise and sign up new customers when they can’t even keep up with current customer orders. Extremely unreliable and looking into another option. This is part of their response after voicing my frustration. “Unfortunately we are experiencing an inventory shortage, but rest assured we are working around the clock to get more food in stock as soon as possible. And we’re actively working towards avoiding this issue in the future.”. How is this even an issue for a company that’s been in business for at least 4-years.
