We have 5 dogs that love Sunday, and we have been using them for almost one year. We've had no issues. We order $700 of their beef dog food each month! We received our last order on 5/2/24, and we are on a 10 day reorder. It's 5/17/24 and our order has not even shipped. The unpredictability is getting infuriating, and we can't keep paying $700/month for dog food to run to the store every month because we are out. I have emailed them to cancel our existing orders and we hope to use them again once their productions issues have been resolved.

Took 3 weeks just to ship which is ridiculous. I timed it just right so that my dogs could finish their prescription food and I wouldn’t need to pick up another expensive bag at the vet. Sundays didn’t ship the dog food I ordered until a week after the expected delivery date they gave me. Waited total 3 weeks for it to ship. The food may be great but the delay itself was enough for me not to buy again sadly. I contacted them 2 times regarding the delay and I never got a response just an email that it was finally shipped.

They owe me at this point three orders or over 200.00, at least seven emails detailing my order information about missing orders that they have on account as delivered! Never happened. They never get back to me, I have had this subscription for over a year and just in the last 6 months have I seen this company tank.

BUYERS BEWARE…Awful shipping delay! It has been a week since placing my order and my dog’s food still hasn’t shipped. This is the 3rd time this has happened. The food itself is great and my dog loved it, but the constant delayed shipping is unacceptable.

The food itself is great 5/5, the shipping on the other hand is horrific 0/5. Every single month I have shipping delays. Every single month I need to reach out to support for help. When I’m paying this much $$ for food and utilizing a subscription plan the company should know when I need food delivered. They have ample planning time. I’ve voiced my concerns to them for months with nothing changing. I’m fed up. I want to feed human grade and Sunday’s is super convenient as it’s shelf stable, but I’m afraid they’re running the business into the ground. Their website advertises subscription plans with the following statement: “ And, with repeat deliveries, you’ll never have to worry about running low or having too much food on hand–we’ll have it timed just right.” This truly makes me laugh out loud. Every month I worry about running low and not having enough food on hand because of their processing & shipping disasters.

Was a loyal Sundays for Dogs customer for over a year, but their recent food shortage was a huge issue. We were not warned of any shortage (they finally sent a mass email 10 days after our food didn’t arrive), and they refused to refund us after we were forced to switch food to a competitor (Spot & Tango). We had to ultimately dispute the charge with our bank since the food still hadn’t shown up and we were paying for a new subscription elsewhere. Since we ran out of food, we had to feed our dog new food which made him terribly sick for a week. After this, we don’t trust Sundays with our business or the well-being of our dog, and are happy we switched brands.

I have the pickiest eater you can imagine. And I've given her the highest quality food available. But the one food she dives into is Sunday's Dog. And it doesn't need to be frozen/thawed which makes my life so much easier. You guys saved us.

Unfortunately, my experience with Sundays has been extremely disappointing. After placing my order, I eagerly awaited the arrival of my pup’s new food, only to be met with silence. It was only after numerous attempts at reaching out to their customer service that I discovered the reason for the delay – they “are currently low on recipes”. Given they promote using only meats and produce, this is quite an incredible claim. I need only go to the supermarket to see there are no shortages of either. What's most frustrating, however, has been the lack of proactive communication from their end regarding this issue. Instead of informing me ahead of time about the shortage and providing options or refunds, they continued to bill me for subsequent orders and sent misleading emails claiming that my shipments were being prepared when they weren’t. I even received one from Dr. Tory inquiring as to how Ziggy was transitioning to her new food that, as the owner of Sundays, she’s fully aware we haven’t received. This level of negligence and disregard for their customers' time and money is unacceptable. What kind of company continues to take money from customers when it’s fully aware it is incapable of providing the product that money should pay for? I would caution anyone considering purchasing from Sundays to think twice and explore more reliable alternatives.
