Scammy. Ordered two week trial. Dog liked it so I let them go ahead and send first order of 31-day plan. Two weeks later I get a notice of another 31 days of food being shipped. Tried to move delivery date back but they still intend to charge me $300 now. Tried to skip a month but they still intend to charge me $300 now. Tried to change order to smaller amount of food but they still intend to charge me $300 now. Canceled. From what I've read they charge subscription amount whether you receive food or not (even if they're out of stock). It would have been fine if they were actually shipping every 31 days but you can't trust. BBB rating is F.

They have the most unresponsive and worst customer service I've ever experienced. They sent my order to the wrong address in a different state after sending my first order to my correct address and the order after that to the correct address and they refuse to refund me or directly answer my request for a refund on food I didn't receive. Not to mention that they have a dysfunctional algorithm for determining your dog's portions for food. They sent me 72oz bag for a trial week. Which ran out right before the end of the week. Then when charged normal prices they send you a 40oz bag for one week. This is absurd. Do not fall for their scam.

Had a wonderful experience with customer service. My dog has tried 7 different brands of food and has had horrible diarrhea on everything else. I prefer to feed raw but it became unaffordable so I fed Sundays instead and it’s more convenient and also much more affordable than raw. Customer service got back to me within minutes every time I emailed and they were also very nice/very informative. Overall great company/experience in my opinion.

Sunday's For Dogs makes a great product! BUT unfortunately they have repeatedly had delivery issues. Our dog loves this food, but we have run out of food on multiple occasions because they will not address their delivery problems. For example, our current order shipped on 9/4/24 and as of today, 9/11/24, our order is sitting in TX. Our current order has gone from NJ, to PA, to IN, to KS and is now sitting in TX. It still needs to get to us in AZ and we know that will be many more days!! This has happened numerous times with the shipments from Sunday's. It's unfortunate that they can make a great product and yet choose not to remedy their consistent delivery and customer service issues. There is always an excuse when we reach out to them. If you want to run a successful business with a good product, you don't make excuses - you do everything you can to remedy your failures. There is absolutely NO reason that our dog food cannot be delivered in 3-4 days via FedEx. Fortunately for us, the 1st time this happened we had another dog food that we have available and routinely give our dog.... because to run out of dog food and have to hurry and find a dog food replacement is hard on your dog. It's VERY disappointing to deal with a company that refuses to resolve their delivery issues and continues to make excuses. Why aren't their customers important enough to resolve this ongoing issue?

A loyal customer who is fed up. Repeated delivery delays leaving my dog without food —even when I order I way in advance. My dog has a sensitive stomach and is a picky eater - I was thrilled to find this food — so despite my misgivings I kept his subscription. However, I’m forced to cancel …still waiting on my August order. Sundays delivery process is simply unreliable. Great food. Unreliable delivery process. Very disappointed.

In her seven years, my extraordinarily picky corgi has never eaten a food for longer than a couple months before she started turning her nose up at it and straight up refusing it…until Sunday’s. For over a year now her food games have been minimal and she readily eats her two meals without me having to add toppings and extra enticements or having to hand feed her. I scoop out a measured portion, add a couple supplements, and before I’ve set her plate down she’s there waiting for it. This has never happened with any other food and we have tried it all. Countless different kinds of plain kibble, raw-coated kibbles, wet food, dehydrated food, rehydrated food, fresh food, homemade food, kibble topped with toppers, kibble mixed with wet food and/or fresh foods. And so on. She’d refuse eating to the point that she’d get a hyperacidic stomach and would throw up foamy bile which is obviously not a good thing. Since switching to Sunday’s over a year ago, her eating has been like clockwork which has significantly decreased the frequency of her throwing up from increased acid in her stomach, which has been a huge relief to me! I have had two experiences dealing with customer service over issues, one time I was heard and the issue was resolved promptly, the second time I had to reach out several times to different people on different days to get someone who would help me, which is why I knocked the rating to four. It’s easy-peasy to manage my account and my delivery plan, so to alleviate future delivery stress I will arrange an extra order so that I have a full bag at the ready if there are supply or delay issues. In the end, despite a delayed delivery and being brushed off by a rude customer service employee, this food is still the only one my dog is excited to eat, and so it’s the only choice for me.

Good food - terrible fulfillment. My dog does really well on Sundays and it’s a good product. Unfortunately, it’s poorly managed because they are clearly over stretched. My dog’s food is constantly delayed without prior notice forcing me to go digging on the status of my order only for customer service to tell me they’re sorry for the delay but their warehouse is backed up and that they’ll send it as soon as possible. My orders are inevitably 2 weeks delayed which is totally unacceptable for a SUBSCRIPTION based system. It has been months of me asking Sundays to notify me of delays and offer alternatives if chicken isn’t available - they’ve done nothing of the sort. Their responses to the customers below claiming they’ve fixed their delays are bold faced lies and after speaking with management I’m pretty convinced they’re incapable of fixing the problems they’re experiencing. I will unfortunately need to find an alternative.

After reading some of the bad reviews, I am even more concerned about the customer service for this company. The food is great, but the customer service response is not. I keep an extra bag of dog food because i Of problems with shipping and also I recently changed my credit card and updated this on the site and I am still waiting for my shipment or a response from customer service because I did not receive A shipment
