Hi Mary Kay, Thank you for reaching out, and we are so sorry for the frustration regarding your daughter's gift! We took a deeper look into order #SUND329314 to see what happened. When the order was originally checked out, it was submitted with your home address in OH. When you reached out three hours later to request the change, our AI bot updated the shipping details in our system right away. However, because our automated fulfillment process begins almost immediately, the original package had already been processed and handed off to our carrier before the update could reach them. We completely understand how disappointing that timing breakdown is, especially when sending a gift. One of our Customer Service Managers is reaching out directly to your email right now to discuss the best options to resolve this and ensure your daughter receives her items. Thank you so much for your patience while we work with you to make things right!

Hi Kate, We are so sorry for the delay and completely understand your frustration! We looked into this right away and discovered that your messages had accidentally misrouted into our spam folder, which is why our team didn't see them right away—we sincerely apologize for that mix-up. Our Customer Service Manager, has reached out directly to your email with the return instructions so you can easily send back the extra pair of standard shams. Thank you so much for your patience while we got this sorted out, and please don't hesitate to reply directly to our email if you need anything else at all!

Hi Jae, We are so sorry for the frustration! Finding out an item you purchased is out of stock is incredibly disappointing, and we completely understand how annoying that is. We want to look into what happened and help make this right, but we haven't been able to locate your purchase in our system yet. We previously reached out via email to ask for a few order details, but haven't heard back just yet! When you have a moment, please check your inbox or reach out directly to us at [email protected] with your order number. As soon as we connect, we will happily look into your order and find the best solution for you. Thank you for your patience!

Hi Tracey, Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. We completely understand how frustrating it is to get repeated review requests for items that haven't even arrived at your doorstep yet! We really appreciate your feedback, and we want to let you know that we have already updated our system settings to help prevent this from happening moving forward. We also want to make sure your package is on its way and give you peace of mind. We just sent an email directly to you to request a few order details so we can locate your purchase in our system, check on its status, and provide any tracking info you might need. Thank you again for helping us improve our process, and we truly hope you love your new products the moment they arrive!
