Positive Customer Support Experience
We had a return situation that wasn't as straight forward as most. The chairs we bought were of good quality and top notch, but unfortunately did not fit our space and expectations on how we could use them. So we contacted Sunday Citizen for a return. First, the responsiveness was incredible. We communicated via email on almost a real time basis. The agent made sure they understood the situation and we were able to sort out the return. Second, it was professional and understanding of the customer situation. Not every situation is the same and the approach and attitude was much better that what I have experienced with other vendors. KUDOS to Sunday Citizen for taking the customer support function seriously and recognizing it as critical to maintaining repeat business. We will be looking to do continued business with them.
