Hi Mary! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are glad that you enjoy the lightweight feel and soft texture of the fabric, but we are so sorry that the comforter is running too warm for you and isn't offering the full coverage you expected on your King bed! Getting a comfortable, cool night’s sleep—and the right drape over your mattress—is so important. We would love the opportunity to help make things right, whether that means guiding you toward a cooler option or helping you explore a return or exchange. Please reach out to our team at [email protected] with your order details so we can take care of you. Thank you again for your honest review!

Hi Rising Sons! Thank you so much for sharing your feedback! We are so glad to hear that our AI support agent was able to assist you smoothly and effectively—we have been putting a lot of work into making sure our automated tools provide actual, seamless help. While carrier routing can definitely take a surprisingly scenic detour every now and then 🚚, we are so glad your package still arrived right on schedule. Thank you for choosing Sunday Citizen, and we hope you love your purchase!

Hi Patti! Thank you so much for taking the time to share this wonderful review. We are absolutely thrilled that you loved your gift blanket so much that you decided to pass the cozy comfort along to your daughter! Hearing that the quality feels exceptional means everything to us. A huge thank you for the shout-out to our customer service team, too—we're always happy to swoop in and make sure a forgotten bonus item makes it into your order! We also really appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the delivery timing. You are completely right—when items are meant to be a gift bundle, having them arrive separately takes away a bit of that "all-at-once" magic. We have shared your note directly with our fulfillment team so we can look into ways to better synchronize bundle shipments moving forward. We can't wait for you to get your hands on those pajamas, and we hope you and your daughter love them just as much as the blanket! Have a fantastic, cozy week!

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're so glad to hear that you find our website easy to navigate and that you love our products! We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding product availability. We understand how disappointing it can be when an item you've been eyeing is out of stock. Due to the popularity of some of our collections, certain products can sell out quickly, but our team is continually working to replenish inventory whenever possible. We encourage you to sign up for restock notifications on product pages so you'll be among the first to know when your favorite items become available again. Thank you for your support and for helping us improve the Sunday Citizen experience.
