Hi Melinda, we’re truly sorry for the frustration and for how difficult it was to get your cancellation request resolved. We understand why this experience was upsetting, especially after reaching out multiple times. Giovanni, our Loyalty Team Manager, personally reviewed your account and email history, confirmed that your subscription is now fully canceled, and issued a full $44.95 refund for your September resupply order. You will not receive any additional automatic shipments or subscription charges. We also followed up with you directly to explain how the subscription was selected at checkout, provide your account access information, and make sure you have a clear way to reach us if you need anything further. Melinda, we genuinely appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we hope the steps we’ve taken have helped make things right. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to personally address your concerns.
