Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that your experience with us was disappointing. We understand how frustrating it is to receive and be charged for an order you weren't expecting, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration this caused. Our subscription program is always optional, and customers can choose either a one-time purchase or a subscription during checkout. That said, we understand it's easy to miss during the ordering process, and we're sorry if this wasn't as clear as it should have been. Customers can manage, pause, or cancel their subscription at any time through their secure customer account or by contacting our support team for assistance. We're also sorry to hear that you felt the product didn't provide the value you were expecting. We know how disappointing that can be, and we appreciate you sharing your honest feedback. Every purchase is backed by our 365-day satisfaction guarantee, and we'd love the opportunity to make this right. If you reach out to us directly, our team will be happy to review your account, answer any questions, and work with you to find the solution that leaves you feeling completely satisfied. Your experience is important to us, and we'd truly appreciate the chance to restore your confidence in Sun Coast Sciences.
