I have not received my bathing suits which I ordered for my vacation. I reached out three times and received no response. I now have to contact my credit card company and tell them not to pay.

Very deceptive pricing for UK customers. As with many others, I was swayed by the lovely designs and posts from 'real' people wearing the swimwear. I had chosen a one piece, and decided to go for it and pay the high price. However a 30% discount was offered due, with no refund due to stock clearance. All of that was fine. The price was shown on USD and a quick Google conversion put the GBP price at £75, with 30% off, down to £53 - bargain! Putting in my details, shipping of £7 was added. No problem. I then put in my address and price remained at £60 all in...until I click payment. Then the price went up to £90!!! With the swimsuit now showing as £105 full price!!!??? After several emails, I was fobbed off with taxes added, clear pricing, duties, shipping, one cost. Noone could explain to me why the price of the swimsuit INCREASED which is completely misleading, unfair and wrong. The ridiculous thing is that I then had an email asking to be 'Summersalt friends' and as a gesture of 'friendship' they would give me $10 off my NEXT purchase! No thanks. Stay away if you're shopping from the UK.

I thought twice about buying a swimsuit online, but in the end glad I did. I dont like the price, but product itself is excellt. Already bought two other swimsuits and several people gave me compliments!

Horrible customer experience. Spent $175 Canadian for a suit after reading reviews - which I found out after summersault rejects negative ones and only posts positive ones on their website! The quality was terrible, very thin suits, way overpriced. The fit is also horrible - no compression, way too thin. Even after going off the measurement chart and reading multiple reviews, it was too small. Furthermore, since I ordered from Canada, I lost $60 in shipping charges and duties and taxes which was not explicitly stated. I would highly advise AGAINST purchasing a suit from here if you live outside the US. The conversion is crazy expensive and if it doesn't fit or you realize the quality is not what you expected for the price, you'll be out a lot of money.

Ordered a custom breast milk ring and necklace set! It is so beautiful! The owner tried her best to get it to me as fast a possible! It took 2months but it was so worth it for the detail and beauty within my keep sake! I am in love with the customer service and the product!

This company unfortunately has low quality products and a terrible return policy and customer service. Do not buy from them! I’ve purchased two things from them now, both had issues and one was very different than pictured on the website. Then I was unable to return the products and had to use store credit for another item that was of similar low quality. Sad to have not known how terrible of a shopping experience this would have been before hand. Hoping to save others the headache.

Insane protocols. They will not let you make changes to or cancel an order even seconds after placing it. They’ll sit with your order in their warehouse and write to you that they can’t help you and you’ll simply need to exchange it when they ship it to you.

After seeing ads on Instagram, I decided to try this company. Before buying, I made sure to check that they accept returns. Their website says they do. While shopping the website has a big banner telling me to enter a sale code for 25% off. I ended up spending $275. All the bathing suits were not flattering on me. I imagine they would work on another body type but not me. When I went to return, it wouldn't let me and said everything was final sale, store credit only. After talking to their customer service they linked me to fine print on their FAQ page that says using a sale code makes your item ineligible for returns. I can't use a store credit. Nothing fits me from this place. This is a deceptive company. They intentionally try to trick you with their interface. Stay away.
