I have loved their suits for years. Not sure what in the world they’re doing recently but it’s so disappointing. Shipping times and fulfillment of orders is ridiculous. Their lack of communication unless you reach out is unacceptable. Orders that were placed in March for preorders were still not received six months later. They were promised in 8 weeks. Get it together, Summersalt!

Absolutely gutted and wish I had read these reviews first. I treated myself to a Summersalt one piece. It took over a month to arrive. I've just tried it on and the shape is so bad the lining pops out of the side. I thought no worries I will return it but the return fee is £28!!!! So including the original postage it will have cost me £35 for no swimsuit.

I am so disappointed with my experience this year. I have ordered 2/3 swimsuits the past few years and I never had a problem. This year was a different story. I ordered a suit on March 6th. Weeks later I emailed them asking when I would receive my suit. It took a few days to get a response. They gave me the same story about moving warehouses that they have been giving everyone. I emailed again a few weeks later and I was told that my email would now be moved to the bottom of the queue because I had sent multiple emails!! I then waited another few weeks with no response. I finally had to resort to complaining on social media (which btw they have turned off commenting now) and they miraculously sent me a message after that. I got the same response about the warehouse. I finally asked for a refund last week (August 15th)! They have also released more new products! How are they releasing new products if they can't even fulfill the previous product?! It's a scam. Don't buy a bathing suit with them. They are taking the money and not delivering the product. It appears they have no intention of ever delivering the product and the customer service is horrible. So disappointing because I've loved their suits for years.

I wrote 2 reviews about their ill fitting swimwear and horrible return policy and they never posted my reviews on their site. This company lacks integrity.

Like everyone here, waited months for my expensive swimsuit to arrive. Emailed their customer service 3 times with no response until I got the Missouri attorney general involved (where their business is registered). They finally responded making it sound like it was my fault because I emailed them multiple times putting my inquiry at the bottom of their list. Surprise, surprise, after the attorney general contacted them they just happened to ship my swimsuit that day. I do mostly like the bathing suit though, some complaints with the lack of breast pads but not enough to go through the nightmare of trying to send it back.. buyer beware

I ordered the Bridgerton limited edition swim suit back in March (was charged immediately) and was told it would ship in 8 weeks. Sitting here on 7/31 and still no estimated ship date. I emailed no less than 5-6 times over the months with no meaningful updates. They did at least let me finally cancel the order. Seems like a terribly run company. Will not order from them again.

For swimsuits of this price, customer service is seriously lacking. I ordered a swimsuit, and as I hit to process payment, I saw that the swimsuit that was in my cart was the wrong colour. It must have refreshed at some point and I added the wrong colour. I emailed immediately, to see if they could switch the colour. Two days later they replied that they couldn't change the order, but that I could order the right colour for $10 off and return the wrong colour when I got it. I decided to wait until I got it, in case the colour wasn't terrible. I got the swimsuit a MONTH later, the colour was awful. I initiated the return, fully expecting to have to pay shipping (I'd already paid $10.00 to ship the wrong colour to me). They deducted $50.00 to ship it back, and didn't refund the HST. So I paid $185 + $10 + HST = $220 and I'm getting back $185 less $50 = $135. Unbelievable. BTW - I had already bought a summersalt swimsuit that I liked, so had spent almost $500 for two swimsuits, but because someone couldn't change my order to the right colour before shipping it (which took a month to get), I will never shop here again. Lazy customer service for that kind of price.

Great fit for me, nice thick fabric and when there was a flaw with the original suit that was sent to me, the customer service to resolve the issue was great!
