I hardly write bad reviews but I thought I should to let others know my experience. I ordered thru the company they charged me after a couple weeks I reach out and asked when my items were going to be shipped they they had an unusual high volume or orders. So I waited and it’s been a month and still nothing which in my opinion it’s a little ridiculous. I finally had to ask for a refund because obviously they were not going it send it to me and I did get confirmation they canceled my order now I will be checking that I get credited on my card. But never again will I order from this company anyone who does expect to wait or not receive your order!

I ordered over a month ago and still haven’t received my order ! Got a text when I ordered saying Thank you for supporting small business when I look it’s coming from china 🤦🏻‍♀️

I have been waiting for my order for 2 and a half months now. I placed the order on January 19th and have yet to receive it. I have sent several emails inquiring about the status of my order and only received one response stating that shipping takes two weeks, which was not accurate. A shipping label was created on March 18th, but there have been no further updates since then. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency from the brand and will not be ordering from them again. I advise others to avoid this company and choose a more reliable alternative.

This company is a complete WIRE FRAUD SCAM! I am writing this to forewarn ALL potential customers to do no financial transactions from Sugarbabycare whatsoever! I online ordered on 02/11/24, Order#109550, in amount of $155.99 for items in stock, which prompted an email from them on 02/12/24 confirming paid purchase received, and assurance to notify me of shipping date. I checked back on their site to find a 'suspicious' USPS tracking# 9434611206217618514867, so I called USPS directly and was informed that a package was NEVER brought to process for delivery. I figured Sugarbabycare were overly busy, so i politely waited and waited...NOTHING! I then emailed them on 02/18/2024 asking for status update and they NEVER made any attempts to communicate back, but they kept sending me almost daily text msgs to buy more products! Eventually, I called USPS again, and they reported the same message - no package, no delivery. I then called the number from the text msg: 1-833-568-3809 (always busy) signal. I sent several txt messages, but got no response. I had to take action and call the bank to change my card number and file a FRAUD claim against Sugarbabycare. I've also reported them to the Better Business Bureau for fraudulent wire scam behavior. THEY ARE PURE WIRE FRAUD SCAMMERS.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. NO PRODUCT, SCAM, looks legit but not. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT do it.

I echo what everyone has said about their service and correspondence. The key is you have to dispute the charges with the cc company. I ordered Jan 29 and didn’t get my Stuff until March 13 AFTER entering a dispute and calling them Scammers outright via email. They are taking orders and money then repacking PHOR essentials pads as their own.

Do not trust this site. they will take you money

I placed an order on January 27, 2024, and I still have not received my order. I have reached out several times via email only to be told that my order would ship the following week. This went on for multiple weeks. Now when I reach out, they have gone dead silent and I received no response.
