The product did take 3 weeks to ship. It smells so good so far i have used it twice and no breakouts i will keep yall updated. I am a bit skeptical but i used my SPF and moisturizer like the instructions say. Still to early to see results.

Don’t waste your money or time The waiting process is about 3 weeks to a month before you receive any tracking info I had spent a good amount of money on myself for what was suppose to be an early Mother’s Day gift to myself the package was marked as delivered yet nothing was delivered I waited a few days I reached out SEVERAL times by LIVE CHAT & EMAIL no one ever assisted me with ANYTHING I’ve asked to be contacted & assisted by a manager to help me with this issue no response back if I could I would post every screenshot I have as PROOF don’t waste your hard earned money this company is not it they don’t even have a number to PERSONALLY SPEAK TO SOMEONE

I can honestly say if I would’ve read THESE REVIEWS before I send my monies and purchased these products. I probably won’t have ordered from them, too many bad reviews. I too myself waited about 3 1/2 weeks (which felt like the longest 3 weeks ever). I also emailed the company not once but twice. Received a response both times, confirming me my orders are being handled. But due to high volume orders maybe delayed. I wasn’t happy about the wait due to the anticipation of me wanting to try this new products/company. I’ve received my products now I’m discouraged about using them.

I've had a similar experience as a lot of other reviewers. I waited a month for my product with no communication from the company. As soon as I started a dispute with my cc company I suddenly get an email that my product has shipped. Now I've received them but based on the mixed reviews I'm scared to use them. Will never order from them again. Even if the product worked, the wait time makes it a poor purchase.

I ordered my products from Sugar baby at the end of February and I received them at the end of April… about a week ago. Although the delivery took forever I was still excited. However, after using the products for a week my skin is breaking out on my face, neck, chest, and even some in my stomach. I’m so disappointed and I’m waiting to receive a message back about refunds.

Placed an order with the company on Mar 25th. One the website it said orders take two weeks. I waited until April 9th to contact them. They gave what seemed like an AI response and on April 22nd I still hadn't received the product so I requested them to cancel my order and refund. I also disputed with my credit card company and then I get a shipping notification. The customer service with this company is horrible and I wish I saw these reviews before placing my order.

I have a problem now again tracking my package and now my item can’t be found and also use my order number and email and it says item can’t be found…so this so called company scam me and erased my entire order period…Never again I will do my homework and research before I purchase anything for now on.She should be ashamed for this.

I ordered the glass skin kit and glow up pads 2/23 and received them 3/18. I received 1 pack of glow up pads free making 4 bags of pads, 1 skin mask and 2 skin serums. Started using it on and off a week after I got them. Now I'm noticing my face feels super fuzzy-like and have noticed my sides of my cheek bone area getting darker. My face was never like this. I use neutrogena hydro boost and use sunscreen after this and my face is soooo messed up! I stopped using them immediately after my face started feeling stings and like my face hurts after washing off the face mask you let sit on your face for 10mins. I only opened 1 of the 4 packs I have and probably only used like 8 of the 30 pads. Definitely will be emailing them about a refund due to their product messing up my skin. If you have sensitive skin or eczema PLEASE BEWARE OF USING THIS PRODUCT. My mom is a nurse and she even said something about my skin changing. I'll have to let my dermatologist fix this mess that they created!
