Sad sad pathetic company tricking people into subscriptions when it clearly states “one-time payment”. I had to contact the attorney general and report them. I’m also contacting the BBB and the FTC because they are breaking the “click to cancel” rule/law. This company’s business ethics is horrible. Sad I really wanted support a Black owned company. Shady, theft, foul, crooks, scandals, should not be the community’s STEREOTYPES!

I ordered the product once and they signed me up for a subscription the I did not asked for. I have tried calling, emailing, and chatting with someone from the company and no one responds to the emails nor answer the phone. I’m disputing the charges!

I would like to share that I contacted the office today and had a very concerning experience. The individual I spoke with was unprofessional, repeatedly disconnected the call, and declined to transfer me to a supervisor or manager when requested. I was auto enrolled to a monthly subscription and was charged. When I requested a refund and to cancel the subscription, she tried to convince me to stay when declined she became nasty and hung up on me. This interaction was disappointing and did not align with the quality or values associated with what is otherwise a strong and reputable product. I felt it was important to make you aware of this experience.

This company has always provided great products, great results and awesome customer service hands down.

These broke,filthy animals are crooks, they keep trying my account, I didn't sign up for an subscription at all. They will rape and rob you,this is a deceitful company, let's get a petition going for them to close or let's get lawsuit going

If I could give them zero stars I would. Be very careful ordering from Sugar Baby Skincare. They lure you in with a discount code, but do not clearly disclose that you are being signed up for automatic refills/subscriptions. I did not knowingly agree to recurring charges, yet my card was charged again. To make matters worse, they do not answer their phones, customer service is essentially nonexistent, and they refuse to accept returns even when the purchase was misleading. There is no easy or transparent way to resolve issues. This feels intentionally deceptive and predatory. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save your money and shop with a brand that is honest, responsive, and respects its customers.

I have made multiple attempts in canceling subscriptions!!!!! This company ask for support of purchasing their products and now it feels like a scam!!! It's a shame....not sure if I ever requested a subscription. Products won't stop coming. Please cancel!!!!!

SCAM!!! Putting numerous people into a subscription they have never signed up for. I've been trying to chat, email, call, message for two days now asking they cancel the order I never signed up for, cancel my subscription I never signed up for and delete my banking information. Lo and behold they have done this to numerous people. I'm looking to involve police.
