We have been Sudddenlink customers since it was Cox Communications for YEARS. the service only gets WORSE every single month. Now for several months i can't even log into Suddelink home page to my own account. NO emails on suddenlink home page. Maybe if I stop paying my bill they will take notice. They need some competition and maybe just maybe they could get run out of town. I so wish I had another choice. we have no one but the horrible compnay who charge you and you can't even get on the website it's so crazy. HEY SUDDENLINK YOU SUCK.

They made me wait these horrible customer service representatives made me wait about two weeks and finally my service was not installed they send the installation team to three different places. And I would call every single time to reset my address. They never cared Suddenlink I’m so happy that I did not get service. You suck you all do Specially your customer service representatives

Hurricane Laura hit southern Louisiana on August 29 2020, today is October 19 2020 and still Sudden Link has not restored the internet to my house! My kids can’t start their virtual learning and I can’t conduct business with out it! Sudden Link is a complete sham of a company and they could care less because they have their thumb on the entire area! I will be getting the BBB and other federal agencies involve with an inquiry of Sudden Link! Oh and they still want me to pay my bill like normal! If you don’t have a car would you pay insurance for it????

I've been a customer with suddenlink for 9 years going on and within the last 2 years the price on my internet and phone service have gone up every year by about 10 dollars. This time it seems to have gone up 11 dollars without any previous notice, the bill has been paid every month. I see they're constantly offering deals to their new customers but not to their long time customers. I see an internet upgrade service fee every month but i've not once asked for an upgrade to my service in 5 years from what memory serves. The real problem however is that they know they have the area under their thumb since the only other service provider is frontier and that company is even worse. I think their company needs to be placed under a federal review for an audit at this point cause they are ripping off their customers.

If there's anyone that still has suddenlink and you need your billing lowered message me. Billing only please I'm a former employee. All of the things that you're going thru is mostly user and system issues. Any things technical can't usually be fixed do the the poor infrastructure or again it's a user error.

The rates keep going up and I have not upgraded anything. They are not an honest company. They need to be audited.

The internet service is terrible even on the upgraded package, Internet keeps dumping signal making it very difficult to work from home. We have had 2 technicians over and both said too bad the new modems have issues and the company knows the modems are terrible and have not worked bugs out. Customer service is min 20 minutes wait if you can even get ahold of them. Been over a month and cable is still snaked across backyard, Exhaust all other alternatives before using this company for internet

I ordered a 2gb package and got 2mb.
