Unfortunately you cannot give 0 stars.Signed up online on May 13 and scheduled an install. No one showed, someone called and said we don't service your area [neighbors on both sides and across the street have service]. Then receive apologetic return call saying they were wrong and they DO service the address I just had to pay upfront. So here I sit on June 10th STILL NO SERVICE 9 COUNT THEM 9 DIFFERENT APPOINTMENTS FOR TECHS [3 SHOWED] AND 6 APPOINTMENTS FOR ENGINEERS [None showed]. They have my money, I have asked for refund, I still have not been refunded. Bunch of disorganized crooks who REFUSE to do the job they were hired for.

Very spotty internet connection. works maybe half the time. When it does work you don’t get the full speed you pay for. Just like right now all of a sudden there is a outage again. Don’t waste your money here.

My internet has been going off and on constantly past few weeks. Now is off completely. I try to call and talk to a person. IMPOSSIBLE. I try to do "live chat"...clearly automated. It sends me to a tech site that charges me to have their crap diagnosed! UNBELIEVEABLE. They offer all these "new service options", ie , Cell phones, superfast high internet, Fancy TV options. Why someone would want to sign up for any of that through the same company that can't keep the basic services maintained,up and running. Their bill keeps going up and the quality keeps going down. I would have have at least liked to have talked to a person. CS is absolutely AWFUL. You can tell there are no other service providers in the area.

This company is seriously bad! Cannot reach any phone number listed for any of the services. Need to cancel service due to move. Billing jumped over $40 without explanation.

I ask for WiFi in 3/16/2020 and I ended up with a mobile phone. I asked if they could cancel the same day once I got a confirmation email. They told me no that I could t cancel over the phone. I called again several times and (due to the coronavirus pandemic I’ve only been to work (prison) and home - I’m not taking any chances.) I was told I had to go to the store but my local government said to not go to places that wasn’t vital. So on 3/28/2020 I got an email stating I will be billed for the monthly service. So I called and messaged to get this situated. All I was told that I could get was a cancellation which takes 2 days and I couldn’t get my money back. I hope this helps someone else to be on high alert when dealing with this company.

ZERO would be my choice. And a pox on this company! They've been charging me for over a year for premium channels I never ordered. My wife pays the bills and so we just now discovered the problem. The service is at a rental property that I never go to, and is located over 300 miles away. I've emphatically rejected every come on offer they've ever made! I must have been swept up in some internal sales contest. Ala Wells Fargo. Their representative insisted that because I paid the bills I agree to the charges! It's their "policy". A policy of theft and fraud! It's like a burglar telling you he's done nothing wrong because he's robbed your house five times before. There's a reason monopolies are automatically despised, and Suddenlink sets the low bar.

Suddenlink is one of the worst Internet providers that I have ever seen! When they bill you, the have all kinds of hidden charges!!! There modems are terrible! There service is terrible!!!

I’ve been a customer for many years and I’ve noticed that SUDDENLINK customer service is getting worse and worse. We recently lost internet services and although I was able to contact tech support relatively easily, scheduling a technician to come investigate was going to take over a week. That is no way to run a business.
