Rubbish service. I also had the misfortune to connect to Steven on their Live Chat. Hopeless, uninterested, could not care less, no real effort to help in any way. Support tickets are dealt with very slowly and so far they have actually solved any of my problems just created new problems. Can't even find a way to lodge an official complaint.

Sucuri has pulled me out of the fire a couple of times. Of all the little (and big) nitpicky charges that come with running a website, the money I spend on Sucuri has been some of the absolute best I've spent. This is the second time I've had a malware issue, and it's so incredibly calming knowing that I don't have to run around panicking (and possibly crying--I won't admit to anything definitive there) like I did when my business crashed the first time. Like a lot of people, if my website doesn't work, I don't eat. I really like food, so Sucuri has been awesome.

I have been using sucuri.net since last year. They have a very responsive support team and are always available to answer any questions you may have. My website security and speed has increased since connecting with them. I really don't understand how theyre getting so many bad reviews. To me they deserve a 5 stars. I would recommend it

avoid this company at all costs. They are a scam and will not help and make everything worse. Tyring to renew they hold you hostage and make it very difficult. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I just purchased a year-long subscription with them a week and a half ago to help remove malware from my site which has now been down for over a week. Every time I want to get a response from the tech team, I end up having to reach out to the chat bot to request an urgent response to my previous message. It seems like the tech team only response when I send an urgent message to the chat bot assistant. My website has been down for almost 2 weeks because of malware and it seems there's absolutely NO urgency on their part to help fix my issue. They removed most of the malware but there is still malware on my site and I keep reaching out to them to remove it and am receiving snail-paced responses. I still can't get my website up and running. DO NOT use this company.

sucuri.net protects many malicious websites like emotet and mirai, this site must be liked by the governments of the sanctioned countries, they are implicitly protecting websites that spread Botnets and scams, very very very danger

This company is a scam and doesn't work. I had malware on my site for over a week and they never caught it! MalCare caught it and helped way quicker. When I asked for a refund because their malware scanner did not catch the hack, they refused to refund me because it was past 30 days. I wasted $199.00 on three different websites ($600 total) with Sucuri, MalCare is only $99.00 per website and works WAY BETTER. Don't waste your time with Sucuri, they are not nearly as good as they portray to be and the customer service is SLOW.
