I found their website on a Sunday. I told them what it was I needed and asked for help. At 8:15 Monday morning I had a response with part number. I ordered it and it showed up the next afternoon. It was the correct part the first time and well ahead of the projected delivery time. I’ll use them again.

Website is kinda hard to get around in. Also ordered my part a week ago and it’s still sitting in waiting to be shipped.

I was looking for an out of stock, no longer made part for my Suburban cooktop. Unfortunately for me, these folks didn't have or have access to the part I needed. However, despite the fact that they knew they weren't about to make a sale, they continued to go the extra mile to help me out with information I hadn't had on hand and they steered me in the right direction to try to find what I needed. I would definitely recommend them as a company with excellent customer care.

Great customer support and got me the part I needed ASAP. Worth the extra few bucks rather than using Amazon.

I was having a difficult time finding the exact part I needed, having already ordered the wrong item from a different vendor I reached out to customer service at Suburbanrvparts and that person was over the top helpful. They even provided links to the part in 3 different colors for me to choose from. I ordered the part, it was a perfect fit and arrived ahead of schedule.
