Got the part that I needed to do the connections to keep heat in my motor home

I paid through the roof for expedited shipping, in a week later still don’t have my part.

Part came fast, works great!

Part arrived broken and poorly packed

Excellent customer service responses for questions I had about parts needed. And great delivery timing.

I purchased a small part, which I was pleased to learn was available for a 17 year old stove. Order was shipped quickly. Parts were very expensive though.

Great product-exactly what I was looking for at a great price!

Not a very good experience. Parts of website did not seem to work. Originally wanted to return the part because it doesn't fit although they insisted it was right part. Could not find place to do a return so just ended up throwing part in garbage. Won't bother to use site again.
