Product shipped as expected

Got my parts in very good condition this time, well packaged. Only wish they would have been packaged and shipped in the same box instead of two separate packages.

The order was processed quickly and delivered.

The parts, hinges, were what I needed, thank you, and I received them fairly fast which is good but they were very expensive. My RV Dealer finally called me back and I paid 27.00 with shipping when I could have picked them up locally for under 3.00 dollars. Not sure why they were so expensive on this site but they did get what I needed and shipped it right away so thanks for that.

They had the part I needed and I was able to restore my stove to working order. I will use them in the future.

I had never used this company before, but I had a broken furnace and 0 degree temperatures. The web site was easy to use, the products were in stock and I received them next day as expected. My only concerns were that I had paid an extra $10 for expedited overnight which I assumed would be before 10am. When early afternoon arrived without my parts I emailed to check on them as I had never received a tracking number. I never heard back from them, but did revive the parts by evening.

The door looks perfect. Just wish they had included installation guides - this is DIY and it’s hard to know. But the door fits once it is installed and we get seals for it.
