We placed our order on April 13 and received no information for several days after; we had to contact your company and only then did someone apologize because the order had not even been processed! Today is April 27 and the item still says it is "AWAITING SHIPMENT". We paid more for this part on your site hoping that your higher price would include better service. It's terrible that you do not communicate with the customer if you are having an issue or if you don't even have the part in stock. It's even worse for my family to continue without hot water with no end in sight. Taking a person's money without delivery or explanation really takes away their options. We hope this is resolved soon!

With the current crisis we find ourselves in and some manufacturing slowing to a crawl. They went above and beyond to get the parts I needed although they could not get them all.
