Poor customer service & slow shipping. The part was correct. They claimed they shipped my order on 6/10 but the post office didn't receive it until the 6/14. I get it , the post office is not know for good service but to sit on it for 4 days, I don't believe it. So it took 6 days to ship my order from Spokane to Spokane! Their response was, well you got your order within 10 days. I ordered from these guys because they have distribution center in Spokane, how did that work for me. The USPS distribution center is 6-7 miles from my house.

Order was cancelled shortly after I placed it. So I never received anything.

The item I ordered (stove top) was sent damaged. It was chipped on one corner but the box appeared in tact. Now I have to wait longer to get another item shipped that will hopefully be inspected and found to be free of damage before it this $80.00 item is shipped.

Was sent an update that my order shipped. Tried tracking and only the label had been created. Checked a week later and still just a label created, nothing shipped! Tried emailing and got no response!!! This is crazy!!! Terrible experience.

Right part, good price!

I think the shipping was wasteful and expensive. I ordered a small plastic nut and bolt combo. Less than an ounce in weight. I was charged $9 for shipping and it came in 2 separate boxes about 6"×6"×6" in size. It could have been shipped USPS in a padded envelope for $1.50. However, the product was as advertised and exactly what I needed.

The only reason I picked 4 stars instead of 5 is the outrageous shipping costs of Suburban Parts. I needed just 2 small rubber grommets about the size of a quarter, they could have been placed in a #10 envelope and shipped first class for minimal costs. Instead I had to pay $9.00 (parts were $9.34!!!) to ship the grommets to me. Absolutely ridiculous, but if you have to have a part you don't have much choice.

Order was suppose to ship May 20, it is June 4 and still not shipped. Charged $9 to ship it and still do not have it or any shipping information on the tracking number.
