I ordered a heating element and anode rod for my RV water heater to service before leaving on a trip. The parts were shipped promptly and working great.

Parts were exactly what we needed. Very satisfied and will surely be calling on Suburban again.

I live in my travel trailer way up in the northeastern mountains of Washington state. RV parts stores are a rare sighting. I found the part I needed through Suburban RV Parts to get my hot water tank going again. Along with my order, I sent them a note stating my water heater was no longer working...please hurry! And they did!! Great customer service! This was my first experience with Suburban and I will definitely be a returning customer!

I am still unfortunately searching for a replacement oven door for my RV Suburban oven. Suburban RV has been very helpful, much more than the local RV dealers who quoted exorbitant prices for a replacement door. The tempered glass door is a poor design for an RV. After a long trip we opened up the RV and found glass shards everywhere! The part that suburban RV told me to order did not fit and I had to return it. Still need help finding a reasonably priced replacement that is not tempered glass :(
