We were very happy with the service we got from Suburban Parts. The timeliness that you handled or request was wonderful. Just one minor problem with the shipping however. I would appreciate it if in the future that you NO NOT use the USPS. Total screwups. The part made it too our post office and they decided it was undeliverable. Now the item is in route to the dead letter office in Atlanta, Georgia and, because the item was not valued at $25.00 or more, it will be destroyed. I have to order this part again. Thank you for your consideration.

Our furnace quit working and we needed a new one for our RV. We ordered from Amazon, was advised it. Would take two weeks we had it in 3 days. Easy to install and works great.

These days it’s hard to find parts and even harder to get them fast. These folks were exemplary on both accounts. I plan to do much business with them as a Mobile rv technician.
