Listing showed 15.5 inch but measures 15.25 in , fits lose in oven.

I ordered replacement parts and had them in 3 days

I ordered this oven three times from other companies and not one of the came in one piece. I had almost given up hope but read that suburban ships it differently with more protection. I was amazed when we received it in one piece! It’s a beautiful oven.

I ordered an exhaust kit and it said 7-10 day lead time. I was told it was going to be 3 weeks and I was ok with it. Here we are...6 weeks later with no end in sight. I received 1 out of 6 parts in the kit, they won’t give me a refund because it was “special order”, and they won’t cancel. I’ve already ordered the parts again from somewhere else because I don’t want to wait anymore. AVOID SUBURBANRVPARTS

Everything went smoothly with the transaction. Good price and fast shipping. I have not been able to install the water heater control board yet but have no doubts and it will work fine.

I was disappointed when I placed my order because it did not give me an approximate day for delivery. Everything else was good and went smoothly. When I didn’t get my package within four days I try to contact you but unfortunately I could not find A number to call. Eventually I found a form or I could talk via email. I am happy to say that the day I called checking on the part is the day that I received it. Thank you.
