It was a relief to find the new hinges needed for our stove cover after they had been bent backwards while our rv was parked on a consignment lot. Even though they seemed expensive at $6.77 each, we needed them. With the shipping cost, we were charged over $22. The hinges were received with a price label attached for $.39 each. A reasonable profit is expected. This was not.

We have a 1999 international school bus we have converted to an rv. We went back and forth deciding which type of heat source we wanted to heat the bus with and settled on a furnace. Purchased a 19,000 btu ducted furnace from suburbanrvparts.com following a shopping list of emails back and forth with their customer service dept. I never got the feeling they were tired of my many many emails. Only that they were happy to help with whatever I needed. I sent them my basic information on what we were building and they sent me back a few options and helped me settle on the right unit for our application. Along the way they helped with what thermostat to use, questions on plumbing the propane to the furnace. Shipping questions. You name it, the help was always there in a returned email usually within 1 business day. Hands down without a doubt I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a furnace for their camper, or a custom build like we have done. 5 stars is not enough!!!!! Thank you!!!!!!!!!
