High shipping cost. Once ordered and email sent that item has shipped I could not track it even though clicked on check status. Tried to call and got voice mail. Finally sent email through website and got a response next day. Item was delivered 3 days before. Was staying at RV park, luckily the item was up in office. Product is what I needed, just didn’t like shipping and communication.

After a few weeks, the tracking of package has not started. Was not able to receive an estimated time of arrival. There was no reason determined for delay and I would have liked to have a reason.
