Speed of delivery

No phone number to be found to contact the company with questions about expedited shipping. So went ahead and ordered a replacement Suburban rv water heater only to find out it wasn’t actually in stock. The order was cancelled the next business day. Had their inventory been correct, it would have saved me a few days and $100+ since I then had to reorder it from another supplier.

You had the parts that I needed for my furnace.

I didn’t get my parts due to the fact your Canadian branch was out of stock. I did receive a full refund however I would have preferred to get the parts I need to fix my rv oven.
