Received my order today. It arrived to my house in Alaska in only 7 days. This Suburban RV parts team can't be beat. From super fast order processing, shipping, and communication these folks are tops. Best online service I have experienced. Highly recommend.

My status never updates. My 1st order still says awaiting shipment and I already received it. I’ve tried to email to get an update with no responses. Please try to update peoples order status so we know what’s going on.
Response from SuburbanRVparts/FurrionRVpartsAug 7, 2023
Hey Trisha, We apologize for the confusion but the parts you ordered are stated as special order items with a 4-6 week lead time before shipment. These are shipped directly from manufacturing so we do not receive tracking information once these are shipped. We can however request this information on the customer's behalf. If the item is one we have in stock, you will receive an email with tracking information once it leaves our facility.

Even though the part was not available, service response was courteous and professional and credit was promptly applied without question. Thank you, Henri

I never received the item. It's been over week and there is no tracking number. When I look on the site, the product is now showing it is discontinued and no longer available.

Your item is on the way and showing that it will be delivered today Carl. In the future, please reach out to us via our contact page and we will send you any information needed before giving us a negative public review. Most people seem to not know this, but these negative reviews greatly impact our business.

After asking an associate if I'd need anything else I was told I was good although the door I have is not the one I need so I need to order that now and the technician I hired will have to come back out! Also it states in the description it came with a control panel and that was not in the box!! Control panel is being sent to me the next day after contacting and although the employee told me I didn't need anything else I should have read a little further and compared door type to my own before purchasing.

Hello Jesse, I apologize for the inconvenience. In the description of the unit it states that the door is sold separately with the link to the door below. As for the control panel, we apologize for the manufacturer not having packaged this and will have one sent to you.

The product I ordered was shipped and delivered promptly. The product, an RV hot water tank, was exactly as advertised and works as it was stated. What more could a shopper ask for.
