Some trouble with the Web site but all went well in the end

Very short time between order and delivery. It was a bit difficult to find the "parts" location on your web site, but once there, the order process was easy.

The parts that I ordered were correct and I received them in two days much sooner than I expected.

I have yet to receive the item I ordered. I sent an email a week after ordering and got a reply that it is in special order 4-6 weeks out. Just a little confusing as the confirmation email only said it was awaiting shipment. Will I receive an email letting me know when it is shipped? All other transactions have been great! Thank you.

We needed a new glass cover for our range top when the old one broke. Suburban shipped one to us priority so it got here before our next trip but it arrived broken. When I contacted them, they immediately shipped a replacement with a different shipper, handled the claim against the original shipper and the replacement still arrived before we left for our trip. They made the whole process very smooth despite the hiccup and the new cover fit great and was easy to install.
