Had bi-fold cook glass top delivered. Open package and found one broken glass. Had another shipped with additional packing. They broke off plastic fasteners to pack the glass separately. Now I cannot reassemble the bi-fold glass. Broken plastic fasteners. Unbelievable how people don’t give a S#%^*. I gave up!

Glass cooktop unit was received damaged on first two attempts. Customer service was excellent. Received third shipment promptly afterward. Would do business with this company again.

Page stated they had enough parts in stock when I ordered. I ordered less than what they had, and then many days later, got a email stating they were sold out. Had a customer who needed the part that week. They were leaving the state. They were accommodating to refund my products. However, I have not received my money back. No phone number to contact them. Have to wait for a email back from them. Not good if even running a small buisness.

Ordered 2 parts, both arrived well packed and ready to install. Haven't done that yet, but am confident they'll work fine.
