We apologize for USPS's delay. This still shows it is moving through their system. Unfortunately once an item leaves our facility, there is nothing we can do to control the shipping.

I was able to easily identify the correct part for my friend's furnace and get it ordered. It came in quickly and I was able to repair his furnace right away. When you live in an RV, that is a blessing! Heat is very important, especially for an octogenarian. Thank you for helping me make his life better.

Hello, Your order was placed 4 days ago and we had sent you your tracking information which USPS has either not updated or has lost your package which is what we told you. We also told you that we had shipped out another and if you receive the first package if you can please refuse it so it is sent back to us. Please let your review reflect the accurate customer service we have shown and not the fact that the mail carrier has possibly lost your package as this has absolutely nothing to do with our company. I ordered (2) two items, that weighed maybe 6 ounces. Paid for 3 day delivery. $24.00. Items took a week to arrive at our winter home. We have left and returned to Pennsylvania. So, they are NO use to me now. Will not be back to South Carolina until, October.
