I had been looking for the correct oven knob and was not able to find it, I texted Suburbanrvparts and they were able to get me the correct part right away.

Very fast shipping.

I placed an order on a grill top March 18 to rv trips without a grill and it shows up towards the end of April. I gave up and bought one which was a lot more on my last rv trip. I called and left messages every day YOU CAN NOT SPEAK to a human. Everything is email or leave a message. So now I am emailing and leaving messages how to return this. Great prices but Very bad customer serviceservice
