The pricing is set by each independent professional, and some use our Smart Pricing feature, which adjusts service prices based on demand for certain time slots. If your appointment was booked during a peak time, the adjusted rate and reason would have been shown before you confirmed. For this appointment, a 20% tip was added by default.
