We understand how important it is for Pros to receive secure and reliable payments for the services they provide. StyleSeat automatically retries declined payments several times and notifies clients to update their card or add funds. If the payment is updated successfully, the charge is processed and the Pro is paid. If the issue is not resolved, Pros may need to arrange payment directly with the client or block them from booking future appointments. Thank you for sharing your experience. Calendar availability on StyleSeat can sometimes appear more limited to clients depending on how booking intervals and service durations are set up. When booking intervals match the exact length of a service, only certain start times may appear available, which can make an otherwise open schedule look fully booked. In addition, if a service would extend beyond your set business hours, those appointment times may not display as available to clients. In many cases, increasing visible availability can be done by adjusting booking interval settings so openings appear every 15 or 30 minutes instead of matching the full service duration exactly. This can create more flexibility for clients viewing your schedule without requiring you to shorten your actual service times or risk overbooking your calendar.
