This app help me alot

They never respond- I have tried to upload some documents and it freezes. It doesn't when I use Otter or Speechify but fit does on Study Fetch. I have tried this platform before and it did the same thing. I emailed them multiple times and they do not respond.

They charged money even if you cancel your subscription and delete your account. Still try to return money back but they every time answer me no. We don't return money. I asked them are you going charge me every month then? After that they stopped to answer on my emails. P.S: Thanks I got the email respond after 8 silly answers from support that I cannot do my refund. I hope my problem will be solved.

I am trying to upload my material now for 2 days and tried everything from logging out to creating a whole other study set and it still will not upload.

I love Spark.E assistant because he answers my questions regarding the paper. It also helps me in revision. I also like the auto generated notes, but there’s a setback to it. For example, it gives a description in a whole paragraph for one topic then divide the same paragraph for added descriptions. Also, I tried to add a youtube video with just a background music but the context is in the slides it presents. I thought it will make notes from the video itself but it just use the audio of the video. I hope you can also fix this. I have a suggestion for the generated notes: Can you create another choice where we can add prompts or instructions on what should the content of the notes will be so it will not just rely on summary or detailed notes. My major is art history and archaeology with minor subs on language. I hope you can also input some practice games like descriptive quiz using photos (iconography and iconology). For my languages course, i hope it can help also with language learning. I hope we can also upload bigger files (100+ pages) and chat with all of our documents smoothly. When i try to check all of my files to chat with Spark.E on the chat section, it just doesn’t work. It is so slow. I hope you can fix this. Overall, I love StudyFetch as it helps me for my studying. There are improvements to make, but keep up the good work! I’m looking forward to your advances :))

The plataform is pretty great, I would give 5 stars if the live class was better. Often it misunderstand the words and makes duplicated notes many time in a way that you ended um with almost 100 pages on a Word file when it was supposed to be only a few.
