Good to sumerise notes and extract answers to questions from the text but live lecture the feature that made this worth it to pay for is useless, does not make notes half the time and just repost the same note over and over again. You end up spending more time explaining to ai you have mived on long ago to the bext topic and going over the note because the same pargraph gets posted over and over again when it gets confused, ai also sometimes answers questions wrongly and you have to ask him to double check. Live lecture also cant handle any accent, even standart english ones like liverpool or irish

C'est bien mais pas mal de bugs ! Et la notation en directe c'est pas au top. Sinon pour les testes c'est tres bien, mais il faudrait qu'on puisse gerer les dificultés.

Subscribed the annual premium version, didn't work, didn't make any effort to help (they said that from their side everything was smooth after I paid..), didn't receive back my money. Worst service and support ever!!

Hi! at this precise point and moment I am in a "live lesson" online and the app is not working... I record a couple ou seconds then it makes some notes and sops. I have to send that piece to my list and stop the recording otherwise noting works in the page... Then i have to return to "live" option and strat recording again for a couple of more seconds. As the lesson is about 2 hours long it is not possible to continue like this. Only 30 minutes of lecture and i have already gave up. It would be a goos idea but it doesn't work...

The program can be rough to operate and load times seem slow sometimes but I give it a year and it should be running smoother. If it's managed well, this will be a game changer.

It says it's supposed to summarize and only take the important parts of the live lecture feature... it ends up taking me more time to go through the notes it gives me because it constantly repeats over and over again the same exact points throughout the notes so I have to filter them out. It's defective and if I'm paying for it to summarize and give notes in the live lecture feature... i shouldn't be paying the premium price to practically do it all myself anyways.

Keeps turning my English uploads into Spanish notes when I have my settings for English!

I would give this app a minus star but it's impossible. This app is defective, it just stops working and does not deliver. The worse is they do not even have an interactive chat to communicate with them. When I needed to use it for an important matter, it stopped working nomatter how I waited and restarted the computer. I then requested a refund because I coudl not use the app when I needed it, and their great advise was to restart the computer. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND and just told me to go and unsuscribe. WORST SERVICE EVER. WORST APP EVER. DO NOT BUY.
