STAY AWAY!! Won't let you cancel, cannot login, emailed customer service four times and they keep saying login and of course I cannot. Does this make them Thieves?

Great product, shockingly bad customer service. Also very expensive for what it is. Quizlet has the same product for less, not to mention freely available AI tools. Renewed my membership but managed to the full year by mistake. I contacted the company to see if I can get a refund on the annual subscription as I wanted to it monthly. Apperantly this was impossible, which is ridiculous not to do. Anyways. Won't renew and will tell anyone I meet about how bad they treat customers

The application is good, it has helped me. For translations into Spanish it must be corrected, the same when uploading photos of books with text in Spanish the application becomes difficult. The rest is perfect, he is very friendly and fun to work with. Thanks guys.

I am happy to discover that there's a platform that can help me study! Making notes is hard and study fetch is very helpful in creating it. Analyzing graphs and figures is also a good feature. Being able to create notes from YouTube videos is also a great tool! On the downside, i was wondering why my leader board streak resets? I was supposed to be on my 2nd month (more than 45 days) and just saw today that i am just on my 3rd day streak? I also hope you can increase the number or scope of material (eg. 7 chapters per study set). I am a medical student and covers a lot of chapters so being able to increase the scope of the material to take notes of could be a big help. The interface (home page) is also a bit crowded - i hope you can make the left section collapsible (where the options - CHAT, NOTES, etc). Then when it comes to the NOTES section - it's bit crowded too especially when the dual view and visual chat is both open. I also notice that there are system crashes, lags, bad server gateway. I also hope that the NOTES can be downloadable as pdf or word document. On the visuals/image chat section, kindly work on the accuracy of the answers. There are times that the answers/interpretation of the images are either very general, redundant and repetitive. As a medical student, I need to have specific answers for specific images (like histology slides, anatomical images, graphs, etc.) Make it more sensitive to answer the question to the exact image that it has encircled to search for. I hope you can also provide a special price for students. I also suggest if you can create an interface that is tailored for medical students? Overall, it is a good app. It has a lot of improvements but with dedication and ingenuity, you will indeed help a lot of students in studying! Thank you for your hard work!

To usando pra facul e to gostando bastante, apesar de ainda sentir falhas nos testes/flashcard/anotações das aulas é nítido que é algo que vai se aprimorar, continua sendo um ótimo centro de estudos pra subir material, e ter outras formas de ver o conteúdo estudado, mesmo os teste, flashcards etc sendo ''não tão fortes'' por hora, continua sendo ÓTIMO estudar com eles, creio que outras formas de estudos, uma IA mais refinada seria super bem vindo.

I am not a student, I work in marketing and this has made me 10X more productive. I truly don't think I could go back to doing my job without it. The Ai has the most human and relevant voice and notes, it is better than all the big players (like chatGPT) which make everything sound like it was written through a thesaurus. There are some bugs to fix in the interface and I really wish Sparky notes would save. Overall, the Ai performance is unmatched.

It helped me so much with studying for upcoming tests and memorizing several facts for subjects, but recently I tried adding a new document but it won't save what I wrote inside my notes. Not only that, but the site wouldn't let me even delete the notes that I didn't need.
