Love the opportunity to not only get a personalized autograph from my favorite JoJo's character but got to chat with him too! So happy with my print! Definitely will be getting more!

So disorganized and poorly managed!! What a waste of time and money!! A complete DISASTER!! Paid extra for certificate of authentication and PRIORITY signing and they give him the WRONG picture to sign!! I paid for a picture of Martin Henderson NOT a picture of him with Alex Breckinridge!! Plus got charged for the membership and I canceled the membership immediately but they went ahead and refunded me for the ENTIRE order!! I NEVER asked for that!! They said they’d try to get me the right picture, but they don’t know when the next signing is and it could be 6-8 months!! This company is a joke!!! Overpriced too!!

Absolutely the most garbage service. So many hidden fees , signed ke up for a membership I didn't click on, no way to unscribe unless you message them no way to remove your card info from site. Just now got hit with 2 more 5 dollar payments for things i didnt order. This site should be avoided at all costs.

Sent my order to another state and made me contact the shipper they used since it was apparently out of there hands then after I get a response from the shippers saying it was streamily I went back and forth with both of them and they eventually after a week said they'll send a replacement' 8 months later no response and they ignore my messages, don't bother they'll scam fans then ignore.

Placed a preorder that was supposed to come in Oct. Received an update the last day of Sept that said it would be late because a hurricane delayed the product. I figured ok, I can wait, but no update came. On the artists social media, people were receiving their stuff a week after the delay. Its end of the month so I asked for a shipping update. 2 days ago and no reply at all.

So I bought an autograph, got an email when it was originally signed and shipped back to streamily…then the waiting began. I eventually contacted them after 2 weeks and they said my item was “damaged” they never said anything to me regarding that. So they replaced it “supposedly” now the first time only took a couple weeks. Now it’s been 4 months since the replacement order was done. Absolutely horrible service and I’m sick of this website. Update! Weeks later and still ZERO update on my item. Requested a refund and we shall see how long this takes just to get my money back

I saw one of my favorite celebrities was selling autographs through this site. I don't have their autograph and had wanted it for a long time. A signed 8x10 was advertised for $30. I figured it would be a little extra with shipping. It cost over $46! There was a $4.95 service fee and $11.28 for shipping! Plus I don't know why it cost so much to ship it. I do not live far from where they shipped it. Plus the photo took over a month to arrive. It was in good condition, but still.

I order a Wattson print and it came all blended. I contact Streamily for help and they offered me a replacement… the replacement never came and they still playing dumb and telling me that they are still working on it. It’s been almost 2 months and nothing. Customer service takes forever to answer and when they do they only reply with generic answer that doesn’t help at all. Honestly one of the worst experience I had in my life. I won’t recommend to anyone using streamily.
