I found the perfect coach for my situation and personality. My only regret is that I didn't reach out sooner!

I finally decided to pay for some career coaching needing it for a year. I am in a career transition and the job market being as horrible as it is has left me doubting my transferable skills and feeling as though I’ll never make it - I’ll have to go back to the job that was slowly chipping away at my soul. My coach has given me confidence again and genuinely believes I’m gonna make it! I’ve had 4 successful interviews in the last month and holding on to hope that one of them is the job! She’s talked me through so many scenarios and helped me confidently say what I want and what I don’t. I am going to make it.

This coaching service is so worth it! Having someone to help you sort through your ideas, give you motivation, and keep you focused on your goals really helps move your life in the direction you want it to go.

My experience with Strawberry has been phenomenal. After taking a survey of what I need help with, I was paired with Paul. I initially reached out to work on my relationship skills, both personally and professionally. In the meantime, I had some wild changes in my professional life that led me to question my work/life balance, whether or not I felt fulfilled in the day to day life I was accumulating. Paul helped me to really process what exactly I was experiencing, where my discontent was, what directions I had at my disposal, etc. Over time, he helped me see opportunities I otherwise would’ve overlooked or dismissed! I have since changed jobs to one that I am much more satisfied with and proud of; while also putting more effort and direction into side work/hobbies that add to my fulfillment and open up future potential opportunities. Now Paul and I are working on my relationship skills. The thing that I appreciate the most about working with Paul/strawberry.com is that I am offered concrete next steps to take to improving my life. Sometimes that’s thought/journal/meditation prompts and sometimes it’s concrete next steps like talking to a co-worker or outlining my own goals. I highly recommend! Very valuable services offered.

Organized focus, on point!!

I found Strawberry.me on social media and loved the name, first, before I gave it a try. I love how easy it was to be paired with someone, and I definitely hit the jackpot. I'm not great at being clear with what I need and my coach has been able to break it down so that I am creating the resume for roles that I want, not for the same old same that I had. She is able to reach out to me between sessions to hold me accountable, but the check- ins aren't pushy at all. The subscription is flexible so I can meet with my coach when I want, for a price that works for me. I always leave my sessions with the knowledge that I am going at my own pace, but in the end I am getting a resume that I am confident in, that is true to me and that I can speak to during interviews. My coach helped with my elevator pitch and a statement that I can use on my website in our 45 minute session. That was worth everything. I'm very happy that I chose Strawberry.me. So grateful for my coach!

Great Experience ! I've been in the coaching program for a few weeks now, and it is making a difference. At some point in the future, I will be laid off, and after 20 years with the same company, my job search and interviewing skills are a bit rusty. My coach has been extremely supportive, providing ideas and guidance on preparing for eventual unemployment and job searching. I also want to change careers, and the support has been invaluable, along with pointing me to resources I had not considered before. I also appreciate the flexible pricing, scheduling available with this app. I'm finally able to afford expert guidance without taking out a loan.
