I truly enjoy meeting with my coach. I was crying on our first meeting call where I told her about my worries and fears about the job market. She helped me to reevaluate my priorities, gave a confidence boost and she was able to set up long and short term goal for the next session. I have not done so much for my career in years! You can get a lot done in 50 minute session and this check-in with the coach is my highlight of the week. As for the platform, it is very simply to navigate. There are no extra pages - only necessary chat with your coach, scheduling button, assigned exercises and nothing distractive. Very clean look and super easy to use!

It was incredibly helpful to have assistance pivoting into a new field. My coach kept me accountable to my goals, and helped give me the clarity I needed to land the perfect role.
